Vendor Overview

MaRS Savvy is a medical technology and clinical intelligence initiative focused on mathematical models, anonymization, and structured aggregation of medical data for next-generation clinical workflows and AI-assisted healthcare systems.

The project currently develops three core concepts:

• Fibonacci Health Algorithm – a medical data anonymization and transformation framework designed to convert sensitive clinical information into mathematically structured representations suitable for secure processing and interoperability.

• MaRS Digital Genome – a structured aggregation system capable of compressing and integrating multiple medical parameters into unified informational strings while preserving diagnostic and reverse sense.

• PGD (Postprandial Glycemic Dynamic) – a metabolic mathematical model based on glucose exposure over time (mg/dL × min), designed as a measurable metabolic unit for diabetes, metabolism, and glycemic pattern analysis.

The initiative explores highly compressed, physician-readable, and machine-processable medical representations intended for metabolic assessment, diabetes management, vascular medicine, longitudinal monitoring, AI-assisted interpretation, and future EMR / SNOMED CT interoperability.

MaRS Savvy combines classical clinical reasoning, mathematical abstraction, medical semiology, and computational logic into a unified physician-oriented framework designed to reduce informational fragmentation in medicine.

The long-term objective of the project is the development of explainable and secure medical intelligence architectures capable of augmenting human clinical judgment.

SNOMED CT-enabled solutions

The project currently develops three complementary concepts:

• Fibonacci Health Algorithm – a medical data anonymization and transformation framework designed for secure patient processing within EMR environments. While not a SNOMED CT-enabled terminology structure itself, it is designed to operate alongside SNOMED CT-standardized medical systems and interoperable clinical architectures.

• MaRS Digital Genome – a SNOMED CT-enabled semantic aggregation and compression system capable of integrating large quantities of standardized medical information into unified informational medical strings. The system is designed as a reversible architecture: complex medical datasets → compressed representation → simplified manipulation and interpretation → reconstruction of the original structured medical information.

• PGD (Postprandial Glycemic Dynamic) – a simplified mathematical metabolic model based on glucose exposure over time (mg/dL × min), designed to extend and modulate classical glycemic load mathematics into a more clinically applicable and monitorable metabolic parameter for diabetes and metabolic monitoring systems.

Together, these concepts explore physician-oriented architectures for secure medical anonymization, semantic interoperability, mathematical metabolic modeling, and next-generation EMR / SNOMED CT-compatible clinical intelligence systems.
