Case study registration

To submit a case study, please register with us. The information that you provide will be reviewed and will appear on our website.

How to register

 

  1. Provide us with information about your implementation of SNOMED CT

  2. Upload an image to support your case study (optional; up to a maximum of 1MB, provided as a JPEG, PNG or GIF)

  3. Read our terms and conditions and confirm that you agree with them, then submit your details

We will review your submission and publish your case study, once approved. Please note that we may need to contact you for confirmation of details, or to make edits.
