The following solutions are now live and available for use:
SNOMED Documents – The official home for SNOMED CT documentation and guides. The SNOMED CT Document Library is a centralized official repository maintained by SNOMED International and includes specifications, implementation, practical and user guides.
SNOMED Forums – The community discussion platform for SNOMED International providing discussion categories, announcements, feedback, group collaboration, and user support.
We encourage all members of the SNOMED International community—whether you are a clinician, implementer, researcher, or policy leader—to explore these new platforms and take part in shaping their growth. Your participation, feedback, and collaboration are essential to ensuring these tools become vibrant, practical spaces that truly support our shared mission of improving health and interoperability worldwide.
