The schedule and registration for the April 2026 Business Meetings will be made available in early February. Please note that pre-registration to attend online is not required.

SNOMED International has negotiated the following delegate rate at the venue and we recommend reserving your room as soon as possible in order to secure your booking:

King/Twin Bed (single occupancy) - €235 EUR per room, per night*

*The above mentioned rates are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) and city tax.

Cancellation Policy:

Individual reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Individual reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the first night of the guestroom stay. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the first night of the guestroom stay will be charged 90% of the room price for the entire stay, to the credit card provided at the time of reservation. Cancellation notices must be submitted to the hotel in writing.

The April 2026 Business Meetings will included a special Member day on Thursday April 16, 2026, that is open to all attendees.

Hosted by ELGA, the SNOMED CT in Austria event will be delivered in English and showcase the country's achievements in advancing digital health. Program coming soon!

As the Austrian representative Member to SNOMED International, ELGA will serve as hosting Members for this meeting.
