All the Catalan Health System.
How SNOMED CT will be used
For different purposes for example to record allergies of patients, to record the administration of immunizations, to monitor premature newborn at home, etc.
Why SNOMED CT will be used
Because of its level of detail and because is very complete (has a lot of domains interconnected to each other).
