Description
E-death note module is an online module for Doctors to prepare death note. Each user has a unique login id and password to prepare e-death note. The username and password will be provided by the Computer Facility of AIIMS.
Scope
National Death Registry integrated with SNOMED CT can be implemented at national level in collaboration with various stakeholders at state level to maintain a single registry with the possibility of easy retrieval of data for various purposes.
How SNOMED CT will be used
SNOMED CT integrated with immediate and antecedent causes of death will be useful in data mining and big data analysis for various research purposes.
Why SNOMED CT will be used
SNOMED CT was selected because of full data coding and possibility of development of codes according to the needs of particular country. It is also easy for the user to enter the data.
