Medforyou

Medforyou is a bilingual PHR available to all Canadians. The same technology is used in the Unani PHR offered at McGill University Health Centre.

SNOMED CT is the core terminology in the Unani/Medforyou web-based application. It is used to describe health conditions, immunizations, investigations, therapeutic procedures, etc. Other standard terminologies such as pan-Canadian LOINC Observation Code Database (pCLOCD), Drug Product Database (DPD), Licensed Natural Health Products Database (LNHPD), RXNORM, ICD-9-CM, ICD-10-CM and HealthVault/HealthSpace vocabularies are integrated and mapped to SNOMED CT.

SNOMED CT is the most comprehensive international standard terminology and the "standard of choice" for semantic interoperability.
